		<description>It is what it is, though. It&#039;s controversy, and controversy sells. The media has no reason to back off of a 20-something year old ex (or maybe current, I suppose) popstar that begs for attention by flashing herself all over for everyone to see.

I completely agree that there are more important things to discuss, but that&#039;s what TIME, National Geographic (and similar sources) do. The media has no sympathy. Just like the rest of us, they work for the money, not to spread butterflies and sunshine.

The second Brittany Spears put herself BACK on stage in attempts to reconcile her floundering career, she threw a big sign on her back that said, &quot;look at me!&quot;</description>
